CARES Plus is a statewide ECE professional development program funded by CA First 5 and San Bernardino County First 5. Early Educators qualify to attend if you meet all of the below: 1) Work in SBCounty with children ages 0-5 2) Work in a paid capacity at least 15 hrs. per week in a licensed or legally licensed exempt facility 3) Worked with children ages 0-5 9 of the past 12 months 4) Make less than $60,000.00 annually.
