Intensive 3-Day, retreat-style training, to educate upcoming peer leaders of their role as peer mentors/tutors, and to assist their school district in the implementation of student assistance program. Students will gain necessary skills to work with their peers from various backgrounds who have problems or concerns. Retreat staff consist of teachers, counselors, and school-based consultants.
