PLC Cohort 4A - Desert/Mountain ESC

For new sites interested in implementing a PLC, we are pleased to offer two cohorts. If your district is interested in sending multiple site teams, you have the option of which cohort to choose in order to avoid the impact on your district in sending multiple teams. Dr. Austin Buffum will work with the guiding coalition from each participating site to embed the practices and culture of a PLC for five of the seven training days. Two of the training days will host guest speakers and small PLC coaching sessions supporting your PLC implementation.

PLC Cohort 3

(3 Day Event) Sep 24, 2013 - Feb 19, 2014

Dr. Austin Buffum, from Solution Tree, will work with the guiding coalition teams for the September and February training sessions. This opportunituy will guide teams through their second year of PLC implementation. All trainings will include small PLC coaching sessions. The second training will include speakers and guest PLC teams to support building the PLC Culture.

Continuing your training with ongoing support toward sustainability for your guiding coalition. Sites will continue to build capacity in order to embed the practices and culture of Professional Learning Communities. We are combining Cohorts 1 and 2 for added value of shared experiences which will include small PLC coaching sessions. Training sessions will include speakers and guest PLC teams to support building the PLC culture.
