The Employee Leave Tracking System is a re-write of the Per-Pay Leave Tracking program housed in the HP Legacy System.  This application was designed to provide a more automated method of collecting employee attendance information for negative based attendance and is designed to be either Site Based or District Based in its approach.  This training is catered to the District Leave Attendance clerks and will include instruction on all pages of the application from the perspective of the intended audience.

This training is intended for any SBCSS user that currently inputs Budget Transfers into the HP system.  We will begin using the new Budget Transfer program in Financial 2000, GL.Net effective 07/15/13.  This will be a change of system used to process Budget Transfers and possibly a change in procedure.  This comprehensive training is targeted for users that do not have experience using GL.Net (Journal Entry, Cash Transfer, Interfund Transfer, Disbursments, Cash Receipt).  Experienced GL.Net users may wish to attend either of the Financial 2000 New General Ledger Transaction Trainings-Budget Transfer/Budget Revision scheduled on 07/11/13.  A video training will also be available online.
