Includes: • Curriculum Overview for Positive Prevention: • An HIV Curriculum for California Youth, Middle School Level A; High School Level B Grades 6 – 12 • Critical Components of Effective HIV Prevention Education Program • Atmosphere for Responsive Instruction in Abstinence, Death, HIV, Sexuality, Illness, and Effective Ground Rules • Current Information on HIV • People Living with HIV as Presenters in the Classroom • Strategies for Parental Involvement
