Autism Assessment Series: Mullen Scales & Nonverbal IQ Tests (KABC-2)
Description
A publisher from Pearson Assessments will be conducting two trainings on non-verbal intelligence tests for psychologists. The morning session will be devoted to the Mullen Scales of Early Learning. The Mullen is designed for children ages birth to 68 months, and is an excellent test of cognitive ability and school readiness. This test is commonly given to students with autism in independent evaluations and research studies, especially when students have limited skills. The afternoon session will cover the Kaufman Assessment Battery for Children: Second Edition. This test is designed for children ages 3 to 18 and is well known for not being culturally biased or negatively affected by poor language skills.
