Description
The Data Use Training will confront Intra and Inter District Mobility. Schools and districts need accurate attendance and student exit data to identify specific students at risk of dropping out. These data are collected either at the school site or in centralized enrollment center. These multiple points of data collection increase the likelihood for errors.This workshop will cover Best Practices on:
Communication structures to ensure consistency in the use of exit codes
Exiting guidelines to enrolling and dis-enrolling students
Systems to review data integrity
Capacity on new guidelines
